Here's what others are saying about Spoga4Kids™…
Hi, You so kindly sent us a Spoga for kids DVD, which we use often in our Sunday School. I have been doing the Spoga half hour routine (the adult version) for about a year, and really love it. I am back to doing it myself, and want you to know what a great toner, stress reducer, keeper-in-shape
practice it is. I am forever grateful. I am attaching photos. The kids are darling!
Thank you again so much. Rev. Judith Churchman

According to Elly Zanin, Curriculum Specialist,
Physical Education, The School Board of Broward
County, “Spoga4Kids™ will
serve two needs. After lunch, kids often need
to be calmed down and Spoga4Kids™ will bring them
back to focus academically. In the mid-afternoon,
kids are mentally bogged down and Spoga4Kids™ will
reenergize them so they will continue to be more
on task academically longer in the day.”
Valerie George, Ph.D., Research Associate Professor,
Department of Dietetics and Nutrition, Robert
Stempel School of Public Health, Florida International
University in Miami focusing on Obesity Prevention
through the promotion of physical activity states,
“Spoga4Kids™ will enable
children to learn new skills to help with balance,
physical activity, as well as stress reduction
through breathing. This may even help kids learn
to relax before taking exams. If Spoga4Kids has
a positive impact, we can try it in the middle
and high schools, too. I'm for anything that gets
kids more physically active!"
To whom it may concern:
May I please take this time to say how much I truly enjoy Spoga4Kids™ with my class? Spoga4Kids™ is an excellent avenue to help students
connect with the daily classroom endeavors through exercise and relaxation techniques.
The children are better able to focus on the tasks at hand through the
routine exercises of Spoga®. Many of the techniques that are used allow
the children an opportunity to enhance learning through exercising and
relaxing. Test strategies are included in the Spoga® workout sessions
and it is neat to see boys and girls using them during their difficult
test sessions and academic learning settings in the classroom.
Have a nice day!
