| Now is a great time to Get Fit with Spoga4Kids™ The School Board of Broward County Florida has a new fitness program called Commit 2 B Fit™ being implemented in the third grade classrooms. Spoga4Kids™ is part of this new program. Spoga4Kids was co-produced by Spoga® International and BECON-tv (the education channel for Broward County Schools). The program was launched in January 2006. |

| These five
15-minute video programs are being used in the classroom and can help schools reach their 30-minute fitness goals. They incorporate breathing, modified yogic moves and mind calming and energy raising exercises to help the students focus throughout the day, reduce stress and prepare the mind for testing, like the FCAT. Spoga4Kids™ is a fitness activity that is just one part of overall wellness which must include sound nutrition.
